Projects I've worked on and the inspiration behind them!
One of my first SheCodes projects was creating a basic page using html,CSS and javascript. I chose Hawaiian pizza because it was created in my hometown and is also a favourite of mine 😋! I chose the colours of the page to reflect the colouring of a pineapple.
Order Up!
This project was created using a few more HTML, CSS, javascript techniques. I chose the topic of the name Zelda because that is what I named my daughter. A lot of people do not know the history of the name past the video game character so I wanted to show a bit more about the name.
Name Game!
This SheCodes project was made by adding on to my basic HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge. I also learned to use APIs and live data! The colour pallet was chosen with the help of my daughter as she enjoys "helping" mommy with her homework ❤️
Get Blown Away!
This was another fun project involving APIs and live data! The names of the cities on the main page are in honour of my friends and their heritage. Their encouragement has kept me motivated during the course of my coding journey!
Tick Tock!
My first full AI project was inspired by being a tired stressed mom who needed new ideas for dinner that were quick and easy to access. I differred from my usual bright colours because when you are tired and stressed, you can become overwhelmed with bright colours. So I opted for a more subdued colour palette to make the experience a little more relaxing.

This was my final SheCodes project. It was fun to create a responsive website using all the techniques learned in my classes. I was inspired by my husband's love of art and architecture and favourite colour!
